1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "ahh99" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at ahh99.app, including all games, features, promotional tools, and support services made available through the website.
• "User," "Member," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ahh99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by you on the ahh99 platform, associated with your registered Philippine mobile number and unique username.
• "Wallet" or "ahh99 Wallet" refers to the internal balance held within your ahh99 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), which may be used to place bets, wagers, or participate in games on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, deposit match amounts, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by ahh99 under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means currency deposited by you into your ahh99 Wallet via supported payment methods, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, GrabPay, or other approved channels.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before certain account actions, including withdrawal of funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" refers to locations from which access to or use of the ahh99 platform is prohibited by applicable law or regulatory restriction.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The ahh99 platform is primarily operated for players located in the Republic of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ahh99 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If access to or use of online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited in your location, you must not use ahh99. ahh99 makes no representations that the platform is appropriate or legally permissible in any specific jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the ahh99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ahh99 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all Bonus Funds, and withhold winnings derived from bonus play pending investigation.

2.4 Account Information Accuracy

At the time of registration and throughout your use of the ahh99 platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Any material misrepresentation of your identity or personal details constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received on your registered mobile number. ahh99 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify ahh99 immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ahh99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ahh99 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, UnionBank, GrabPay, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may be subject to change without prior notice. All deposits must originate from accounts or instruments registered in your own name.

3.2 Deposit Minimums and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100) per transaction. GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically credit within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes. ahh99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply fees independently of ahh99. You are responsible for verifying the fees charged by your payment provider.

All transactions on the ahh99 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. ahh99 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

4 Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds from your ahh99 Wallet are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (including but not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or LTO Driver's License) and a contemporaneous selfie holding the same document. KYC is a one-time requirement per Account. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional identity checks.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically available. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to sixty (60) minutes. ahh99 targets these processing times as operational standards, not contractual guarantees; actual processing times may vary during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or banking network delays.

4.3 Withdrawal Minimums and Name Matching

The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso two hundred (₱200). The name registered on your ahh99 Account must exactly match the name registered on your GCash account, Maya account, or bank account to which the withdrawal is directed. Name mismatches will result in withdrawal rejection. ahh99 is not liable for funds delayed or lost due to account name discrepancies provided by the Member.

4.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account under any promotional offer are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotional terms. By default, the Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of twenty times (20×) the bonus amount on eligible slot games. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements before requesting withdrawal will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ahh99 offers various promotional incentives to registered Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page of the ahh99 platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms stated here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms prevail.

5.2 Bonus Activation

Most deposit bonuses on ahh99 must be actively claimed by the Member from the Promotions section prior to making the qualifying deposit. Bonuses cannot be applied retroactively to deposits already processed. ahh99 reserves the right to decline bonus claims submitted after the qualifying deposit has been made. It is the Member's responsibility to activate applicable promotions before depositing.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

5.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

ahh99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where continued operation of the promotion would result in abuse, technical error, or regulatory non-compliance. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has already deposited to qualify, ahh99 will honor the promotional benefit for that qualifying deposit at its sole discretion.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slot games and Random Number Generator (RNG) table games available on the ahh99 platform use certified RNG technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers, including but not limited to JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and Nolimit City. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are random, statistically fair, and consistent with the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game. ahh99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Live Games

Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others) streamed through MG Live, Evolution, and other live game providers are operated by licensed third-party studios. Game outcomes in live games are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or drawing procedures conducted by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment, captured on live video and transmitted to Members in real time. ahh99 has no ability to influence live game outcomes.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ahh99 are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body or league. In-play bets are accepted subject to the current live match state. ahh99 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where the underlying event has been cancelled, or where the result is subject to official review, protest, or reversal by the governing body.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ahh99 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploitation of software bugs, display errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players
• Collusion with other Members, platform employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics
• Use of the platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the platform using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Our Commitment

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that cap total deposits over the selected period
• Loss Limits: Session and period loss limits that restrict total gaming losses over a defined timeframe
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications after specified gaming session durations
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to 30 days, effective immediately upon request
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term voluntary exclusion from the platform, processed immediately and not reversible during the exclusion period

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by ahh99

ahh99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Member Account, with or without prior notice, where ahh99 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The Account may be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• The Member's Account details do not match or cannot be verified against submitted KYC documentation
• A regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order requires restriction or closure of the Account
• The continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other Members

During a suspension period, the Member may be prevented from placing bets, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals. Funds in the Wallet will be secured by ahh99 pending investigation outcome.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A Member may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting ahh99's live chat support. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Funds (subject to withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to the Member via the applicable payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a Member Account, whether voluntary or involuntary, the Member's right to access and use the ahh99 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 6 (Gaming Rules), 8 (Suspension and Termination), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Dispute Resolution) — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ahh99 platform — including but not limited to the ahh99 brand name, logo, website design, game interface elements, promotional graphics, and written content — is the intellectual property of ahh99 or its licensed content providers. No Member is granted any right, license, or interest in any ahh99 intellectual property by virtue of registration or use of the platform.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ahh99 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of ahh99's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ahh99 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or income
• Loss of gaming funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from the Member's failure to maintain credential security
• Loss or corruption of data
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (including GCash, Maya, BPI, or other banks)
• Service interruptions caused by internet service provider outages, device failures, or factors outside ahh99's reasonable control

ahh99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any ahh99 service, transaction, game outcome, or account decision, you should first contact ahh99's customer support team via the live chat function available 24/7 on the ahh99 platform. Provide as much detail as possible, including your Account username, the date and time of the disputed event, the transaction or game ID (if applicable), and a clear description of your complaint. ahh99 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve standard disputes within five (5) business days.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through ahh99's internal complaints procedure.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

ahh99 collects, stores, and processes personal information provided by Members in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and platform use. The collection and use of personal information is governed by ahh99's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is available at ahh99.app/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

13 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

ahh99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ahh99 will notify Members through a platform notification or via SMS to the registered mobile number at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the ahh99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms and Conditions, you may close your Account before the amended terms take effect by contacting ahh99 live chat support and withdrawing any remaining Real Money Funds subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

14 General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the invalid provision.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to active bonuses, constitute the entire agreement between you and ahh99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.3 No Waiver
